This Mind Map was created to identify the key areas that needed to be considered in determining the risk of undertaking business with customers based on a number of criteria that could put projects at jeopardy as part of the sales cycle.
Mind Maps as created by Tony Buzan are used by millions of people worldwide, and this is another good example.
