Mind Map Creativity and the Ageing Workforce Presentation Summary
Here is a Mind Map Summary of the Talk I gave at the American Creativity Conference in Singapore 25-29 Feb, 08 The talk was around the creativity crisis and that Demography, not technology, will be the main driver in the future. After a few stats on life expectancy and declining fertility rates – the Population is shifting from a Christmas tree (largest population is at the bottom with babies) to Coffin Shape (large bulge for baby boomers) I then talked about the key elements that organisations and individuals need to be aware of and then showed how you need to shift your approach in the future.
