Mind map of job selection criteria 

I developed this mind map to help students ‘unpack’ the meaning of a list of job selection criteria for the position of program support officer.

Report Writing – demonstrated experience – concise reports, documentation, range of audience

Data Analysis – demonstrated experience – benchmarking, interpreting
Policies – ability – interpret, apply, achieve
Service – demonstrated ability, High Quality guidelines, implement procedures, improve administration systems, develop
Time management – demonstrated, meet deadlines, plan, prioritise
Tertiary sector experience – desirable
